Laney is the owner of Milk & Honey Fine Salon and has been in the hair industry for over 20 years. She specializes in women’s razor and textured short cuts, gray coverage/blending, blonding, and hair makeovers!

Laney was voted Lexington Life’s 2018 “Best Hair Stylist” along with her former co-owned salon, The Magnolia Salon, for “Best Salon of Lexington” twice. She is most proud of her salon and team for being voted “Best Hair Salon” by The Lexington Chronicle's (2022) and Lexington Life Magazine (2024).

Laney has worked on-stage with Tabatha Coffee at Premier Beauty Orlando and has had models featured by L'anza Hairecare, Sophisticates Hairstyle Guide and other online publications. She has trained nationwide with celebrity stylists including  of Nick Arroyo or "What Not to Wear" , Kim Vo of "Shear Genius", North American Stylist of the Year, Britt Dion, Beth Minardi, Sam Villa, Candy Shaw, Ryan Teal, Giovanni Scott, & Daniel Mason-Jones.

As a business owner, Laney has participated in several entrepreneurial salon business conferences such as Aveda Congress (2023) in Minneapolis and Serious Business (2024) in New Orleans. She is also the named expert for the hair salon industry in "Lexington Neighbors"

Laney lives in Prosperity with her sons, Ethan & Luke, and pug, Millie. When not at the salon, she enjoys traveling, performing arts, continued education, networking and family time.

Jackie is a talented stylist with over 12 years of experience, specializing in Aveda and Redken hair care products.  Her dedication, creativity, and attention to detail quickly established her as a sought-after stylist in her community. hair and beauty salon

Two years ago, Jackie and her family made the exciting decision to relocate to South Carolina from Wisconsin. Jackie has always had a deep appreciation for nature, and South Carolina's stunning landscapes provide her with endless inspiration. She loves planning outings and events for her children Scarlett & Elijah.

Jackie Prata's journey as a stylist, mother, wife and outdoor enthusiast is a testament to her versatility and passion for life. Whether she's behind the salon chair, adventuring with her family, or embracing the beauty of nature, Jackie's zest for living and commitment to her loved ones truly sets her apart.  

She continues to inspire others with her dedication, creativity, and unwavering love for both her family and her craft. Specializing in customized haircuts designed to accentuate natural beauty and texture, and cultivating luxurious and dimensional colors. 

Sweet Caroline is a graduate of Lexington Technology Center's cosmetology program where she earned her license. She specializes in color, keratin treatments, styling, braiding, & kids! 

Caroline lives with her family in Lexington.

Sarah Davis is new to Lexington but not to hair! She received her cosmetology license from Aveda Fredric's Institute in Cincinnati and comes to us from Charleston, SC. A self-proclaimed "lover of formal styles, hair cutting, color blending and blonding", she is a perfect addition to our team! She also has a dog, Clover, who she refers to as "the Goodest boy!"

Sarah Sansbury excels in lived-in color, foiling, formal styles, women’s long hair, men & kids cuts. She has several years of experience behind the chair and is excited to grow at Milk & Honey Fine Salon!

Sarah loves all things nature, painting, singing at church and especially her dog, Cassie! She is a graduate of White Knoll and Lexington Technology Center where she received her cosmetology license.

Liana (lee-ahna) has been in the beauty industry since 2017.  Specializing in women's haircutting, lived-in color, and special occasion styles, she also offers relaxing scalp & hair treatments. 

When not in the salon, Liana enjoys reading, coffee shops, family time and all things baseball! She comes to us from New Bern, NC and lives with her fiancé, son, and fur baby in Lexington.

Bridgett is a master of the latest coloring trends and techniques! She graduated from Paul Mitchell - Columbia. Bridgett specializes in coloring longer hair, from blondes to vivids, balayage, and is passionate about (and certified in) tape-in extensions. She considers herself positive, creative and energetic!

Bridgett lives in Prosperity with her son, Jace. She is excited to work and grow in Lexington!

Meredith is a graduate of River Bluff High School and is our stylists' assistant. Her bubbly attitude and friendly personality help create the warm, inviting atmosphere inside MHFS.

Meredith is a cosmetology student at Paul Mitchell - Columbia, and resides in Lexington with her family.
